As a new development category of home beauty devices, the national standards related to the material safety of home beauty device products are still lacking worldwide, which leads to the uneven quality of various beauty devices on the market, which greatly restricts the standardized development of the home beauty device industry. .
On January 13, 2021, Weikai Testing Technology Co., Ltd., together with Yameng, the Third Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-Sen University, West China Hospital of Sichuan University and many other units, jointly participated in the industry group standard of household beauty instrument industry by enterprises, hospitals and testing institutions. formulate. The standard covers four aspects: health and safety evaluation, product performance evaluation, human skin safety evaluation and human efficacy evaluation. All parties involved are also working together to establish this standard as a national and industry standard. The gradual improvement of the beauty instrument industry standard system indicates that the industry is moving towards standardized and sustainable development.
